A dynamic, complete remodel of an existing home lovingly situated at the base of Mt. Tamalpais. The addition of a glass and black-stained wood stairway unifies the upper three levels of this six-level home. A minor roof reconfiguration brings abundant light and a better connection to the tranquil forest setting. Stained rift-cut oak cabinets provide a uniting theme to the top level, and subtly angled blackened metal panels clad the stove hood and fireplaces throughout.
