    INTERIOR DESIGN

    Kate came to Holder Parlette from the highly renowned Backen Gillam and Kroeger Architects during a period when they were becoming known for their signature Napa vernacular style. From this influence, she chose to leave to pursue her own unique style. The integral collaboration between Kate and Kenneth, even from the earliest stages of design, is what yields a more harmonious and considered result.

  • Andrew Lopez

    ARCHITECT

    Andrew graduated with a B.A. in Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2010. After practicing in the New Jersey shore for a few years he decided to move west to seek new design strategies in the Bay Area. He developed skills in modern design developing several projects in the city of San Francisco, he then joined the Holder Parlette team to learn and develop residential and hospitality design strategies that would complement the beautiful landscape of our region and the lifestyle that it entices.

  • Randy Castellon

    ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

    An ICFF award winning designer and maker of furniture, environments, functional objects and art, Randy is at heart an artisan steeped in the language of modern architecture. Randy’s projects include retail & office space, residential remodels and additions, furniture and parallel architectural services of design, delineation and computer modeling. His craft is not only manipulating materials but also communicating ideas with drawings and renderings.

    ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

    Frank graduated with a B.A in Architecture from UC Berkeley in 2018. He came to Holder Parlette with professional computer modeling and realistic rendering skills. He has a range of experience in residential and commercial projects.

  • Teresa McLean

    INTERIOR DESIGN ASSOCIATE

    Teresa previously worked in the commercial furniture and fabric industry in Denver, Washington DC and San Francisco. After raising her three daughters in the bay area, she rejoined the workforce to pursue her passion of interiors and design. She has a broad range of experience working on the design and project coordination for smaller residential remodels, as well as larger new builds and additions throughout Marin and Napa counties. She enjoys seeing the transformation of a space and working to help make the experience enjoyable and fun for her clients from beginning to end.

  • Sarah Youngs

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Sarah is a graduate of the University of Michigan and moved to the Bay Area where she had a career in both contract and residential furniture. She now enjoys working on the creative side of things, using her planning and project management skills to support the architects and designers.
